X7 Drone Review

X7 Drone Review

Drones make great toys and wonderful gifts… but only if they work the way they’re supposed to. We’re here today to do a Microlite X7 Drone Review. We’ll tell you everything you need to know about this drone so you can make an informed decision before purchasing it for yourself or a loved one. It’s a small, lightweight drone produced by Odyssey Toys. Let’s get right into it.

X7 Drone Review – The Basics

One look at the Microlite X7 Drone will tell you a great deal about it. For one, it’s definitely being marketed toward children rather than adult drone enthusiasts. It has glowing lights and a remote control that make it look more like a child’s toy than a “serious” drone. That’s not a criticism of it at all though. Kids love drones, and this one would definitely appeal to them. It’s very small, much smaller than pictures of it will make it appear. This drone can fit in one adult hand easily. It’s also light, weighing significantly less than one pound. Those are the basic things you need to know about this device. Let’s get into some more serious details

Microlite X7 Drone – Review

User reviews for this drone are, at best, mixed. We found people that absolutely love this drone (mostly for their children). There were also a healthy amount of reviews that said the drone was just fine, although it was overpriced. These run for between $50 and $70. There are also a pretty high amount of extremely negative reviews. Some of them call out propeller issues (especially when using the replacement propeller that’s included with the drone), and a very hot battery. Some users have experienced problems syncing the device. One user also mentioned that in all the pictures, the drone appears black, but it is in fact white. This is true. On their site, you can see the pictures of a black drone, but if you watch the video of the drone in flight, it is definitely white.

X7 Drone Review | Final Thoughts

If you’re looking for a high quality or even a more advanced drone, we suggest looking elsewhere as this one may not be up to your standards. Some of the problems mentioned by users are rather concerning, but there are plenty of people that haven’t experienced any problems with this drone.
